The Minnesota Young Republicans Official Convention Call 2020 Pursuant to the provisions of the Constitution of the Young Republican League of Minnesota (also known as the Minnesota Young Republicans or MNYR), Delegates and Alternates are hereby called to meet on Friday, May 1, 2020 at 6:00 pm. VIRTUAL Convention  Registration is necessary in advance on the website and is available now. Registration will close on April 30th at 6 pm. There will be NO day-of registration. Once registration is closed, all delegates and alternates will receive their access information via email.  The registration fee is $30.00 for renewing MNYR members ($25.00 for annual membership + $5.00 for attendance) and $5.00 for a ticket to attend the event for members who have already renewed membership for the year. You must register and pay online up until 6:00 pm Thursday, April 30, 2020. Register here. We reserve the right to restrict access to the event. If any member of the Assembly would like to run for a position on the MNYR Executive Board, please contact elections committee chair Nick Morgan or email [email protected] AT LEAST five (5) days before the convention. All candidates must indicate which position they would like to run for in the heading and body of their e-mail. The convention shall be composed of the apportioned Delegates and Alternates who reside in the State of Minnesota and have paid their membership and bought a convention ticket. The convention shall be held to: Elect members of the MNYR Executive Board Elect Delegates and Alternates to the MNGOP State Convention Transaction of other such business as may properly come before the convention Copies of the agenda and rules for the convention will be available on: www.minnesotayoungrepublicans.org ten (10) days before the convention.
